At ROST LLC, all transactions are considered final. We do not provide returns, refunds, or cancellations unless otherwise specified in a written and signed agreement with our company.
• Final Sales: All property transactions and related services are final once completed.
• Exceptions: Any exception to this policy must be documented in a written contract signed by both parties.
• No Implied Returns: Verbal agreements, emails, or informal communications do not override this policy.
